Keep three slave-cylinder shim thicknesses available when measuring a supported GM hydraulic clutch installation.
Included
- One 0.055-inch shim.
- One 0.113-inch shim.
- One 0.180-inch shim.
Does not fit Cadillac CTS-V. Measure the assembled clutch and release-bearing clearance before selecting a shim. Use the clutch and slave-cylinder manufacturers’ installation specifications; a shim should never be selected by guesswork. Slave cylinder, clutch, and measuring tools are not included.
