What details should I include?
- Order or return: order number, product and the help you need. Contact DD84 before shipping a return.
- Tuning or diagnostics: vehicle, modifications, fuel, symptoms and goal. Add controller details or trouble codes if known.
- Fabrication: what you need built or repaired, its use, dimensions and materials if known.
- Local or mobile service: city, region and preferred timing.
Do not send passwords or payment information. DD84 can arrange photos or large datalogs after replying.
What happens next?

- Review the next step. DD84 checks your request and replies by email.
