Pricing note: Unlock-only service starts at $200. If the vehicle is brought in and PCM removal/install is required, service is $300.
Confirm the exact controller and service scope
Before purchase, send vehicle year, make, model, engine and PCM identification through DD84 intake. DD84 confirms whether the controller is supported, the required unlock workflow and the appointment or mail-in instructions. Do not ship a PCM until DD84 provides the approved shipping instructions.
Unlocking is separate from custom tuning, HP Tuners credits/licensing, diagnostic repairs and any additional controller services unless specifically included in a written quote. The removal/install option includes the agreed removal and reinstallation labor for the approved vehicle; additional repairs require separate authorization. Shipping charges and service timing are confirmed before purchase.
