REVIEW & NEXT STEPS
Does it need calibration or a repair?
A remote or in-person diagnostic review to identify likely calibration, mechanical or electrical next steps. Repairs and tune changes are separate.
Not sure whether the vehicle needs a tune or a repair?
This service separates calibration problems from mechanical, electrical, sensor, fueling, or transmission faults before you spend money in the wrong direction.
DD84 diagnostic outcome
- GREEN: calibration issue appears likely - tuning may proceed only after DD84 confirms compatibility and vehicle readiness
- YELLOW: calibration plus mechanical/electrical correction required
- RED: hardware problem — repair before tuning
Review may include
- DTC and scan-data review
- Fuel trims, airflow and sensor plausibility
- Misfire and fueling indicators
- Transmission/TCC behavior where supported
- Current calibration/datalog review when available
Remote customers must provide requested files, datalogs, codes, vehicle information, and supporting photos/videos as needed. This service is diagnostic direction, not a guarantee that every mechanical fault can be identified without physical inspection.
What the purchase covers
Remote Diagnostic: review of the requested vehicle information and supporting data. In-Person Diagnostic: an appointment confirmed by DD84 for the agreed inspection scope; location, availability and any travel charge are confirmed before purchase.
This purchase does not include a new or edited calibration, flashing, credits/licensing, unlocks, parts or repairs. Findings and recommended next steps are provided after review. Additional testing or work requires a separate agreed scope.
Start through DD84 intake so we can confirm the correct diagnostic option. An unresolved fault or safety concern pauses performance tuning until documented review clears the concern.
