Remote Tuning Kit for Applications Requiring Additional Hardware
This DD84 specialty loaner kit is for customers with an approved Down Dirty 84 remote tuning order that requires additional compatible interface hardware, access cable or adapter beyond the standard kit.
Price Breakdown
- $650 refundable equipment security deposit
- $39 nonrefundable loaner handling / administration fee
- Round-trip shipping is charged separately where applicable.
- Calibration/tuning services, HP Tuners credits, licensing and controller unlocks are sold separately unless expressly included in your written quote.
Return Control
- All equipment remains the property of Down Dirty 84 LLC.
- The kit is assigned to the customer and approved vehicle only.
- The customer must tender the complete kit to the designated return carrier within 48 hours after DD84 marks the remote tune complete, unless DD84 approves an extension in writing.
- Return is considered initiated when the carrier records an acceptance scan.
- Use the supplied/prepaid return process and retain the original shipping package.
Deposit Refund
After the complete specialty kit is returned and passes equipment inspection, the $650 security-deposit portion is eligible to be refunded to the original payment method. Missing, materially damaged or unreturned equipment may reduce the refundable amount by documented repair or replacement costs as permitted by the applicable equipment-loan agreement and law.
