The swap is together, but it will not start, idle, shift, or drive correctly.
DD84 Swap Commissioning is a structured calibration and setup service for supported LS and Hemi swap projects. It is designed to take a mechanically complete build from controller verification and first-fire setup through stable drivability.
Commissioning scope
- ECM/TCM and engine/transmission identification
- Injector and fuel-system data review
- Startup and idle calibration
- Fan, tire and gear configuration where supported
- Transmission setup and shift verification where supported
- Datalog review and road-drivability correction
- Controller-access requirements identified before tuning
Vehicle must be mechanically complete and wired correctly before final calibration. Controller unlocks, credits, specialty hardware, wiring repairs, and third-party services are separate unless specifically included in writing. Supported lawful street-use calibrations only.
