Send DD84 your current Holley EFI Global File and complete vehicle setup. We will review the file and prepare one customer-specific startup calibration covering the applicable engine, idle, 4L80E transmission-control, and boost-control areas selected for your build.
How It Works
- Purchase the complete calibration bundle.
- Email your Holley Global File and complete setup information to downdirty84llc@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Holley Complete Calibration – Order #[order number] – [name].
- DD84 returns the calibrated file electronically after review.
Typical turnaround: 24–48 business hours after all required information is received. Complex or unusual combinations may require additional time.
Bundle Coverage
- Naturally aspirated or cammed LS startup calibration
- Cranking, warm-up, idle-airflow, and idle-speed setup
- Baseline fuel and ignition calibration
- 4L80E transmission-control setup when applicable
- Boost-control starting strategy when applicable
- Sensor, I/O, protection, and datalog-channel review
- One initial calibrated file returned by email

- Shopify order number
- Holley ECU model, software version, and firmware
- Vehicle year, make, model, approximate weight, and intended use
- Complete engine, camshaft, injector, fuel-system, ignition, sensor, and wideband details
- Transmission build, converter stall, rear gear ratio, and loaded tire diameter
- Turbocharger or supercharger, wastegate, solenoid, plumbing, dome-pressure, and target-boost details when applicable
- Current I/O assignments, fan controls, safety limits, current problems, requested changes, and datalogs when available
Not Included
- Dyno tuning or final wide-open-throttle validation
- Unlimited revisions or ongoing remote-tuning support
- Mechanical diagnosis, wiring repair, or hardware installation
Bundle value: Purchased separately, the included calibration services total $576. This bundle combines them for $399 when multiple calibration areas are required for one Holley EFI file.
Safety notice: This is a customer-specific startup calibration, not a completed dyno tune. Verify fuel pressure, oil pressure, timing synchronization, wideband operation, sensor calibration, speed signals, I/O assignments, boost plumbing, rev limits, and all safety settings before operating the vehicle under load.
