4. DD84 returns the calibrated file electronically after review.

Included

• Review of the customer-supplied Holley EFI file
• Baseline boost-control configuration
• Wastegate dome-pressure and control-channel starting structure
• Boost-by-gear or boost-by-speed framework where supported
• Overboost protection and fail-safe setup review
• One initial calibrated file returned by email

Email With Your File

• Shopify order number
• Holley ECU model, software version, and firmware
• Vehicle year, make, model, approximate weight, transmission, rear gear, and tire size
• Engine displacement, compression ratio, cylinder heads, camshaft specifications, and fuel type
• Injector data, base fuel pressure, fuel-pump configuration, and horsepower target
• Turbocharger or supercharger specifications
• Wastegate size, spring pressure, dome-pressure sensor, control solenoids, and exact plumbing layout
• CO2 or compressor-air supply pressure when used
• MAP sensor range, target boost, boost-by-gear or speed goals, and requested safety limits
• Current problems and low-boost datalogs when available

Not Included

• Final engine fuel or ignition tuning under boost
• Unlimited revisions or ongoing datalog support
• Mechanical diagnosis of wastegates, solenoids, plumbing, or fuel-system limitations

Safety notice: This package does not establish final safe fuel or ignition values for a specific engine. Incorrect wastegate plumbing, solenoid configuration, targets, or fail-safe settings can cause uncontrolled boost and severe engine damage. Testing must begin at minimum mechanical boost and proceed in controlled increments while monitoring fuel pressure, air/fuel ratio, and all engine-protection channels.
