MATCHED CALIBRATION SERVICE
Match the P01/P59 file to your actual LS setup.
Choose stock/mild, cam-swap or supported same-OS 4L80E segment preparation. DD84 reviews the original read and controller before delivery.
ECM-matched pre-built starting calibration for supported GM Gen III LS applications using P01 or P59 PCMs.
This is not a blind universal file. DD84 uses your original stock/read file, exact controller and operating-system information to match the base calibration to your application before delivery.
Choose your file
- Stock / Mild Performance Base: basic bolt-on or swap startup calibration.
- Cam Swap Base: starting calibration for a mechanically complete cammed LS combination.
- 4L80E Segment-Swap Prep: for supported P01/P59 applications where a compatible transmission segment exists with the same exact OS ID.

Installation — HP Tuners
- Install the current VCM Suite and connect a compatible HP Tuners interface.
- Before changing anything, read the vehicle and save the original file in a safe location.
- Open the DD84-delivered file and verify the intended VIN/controller/OS information against your order.
- Connect the vehicle to stable battery support, key ON / engine OFF, and close unnecessary electrical loads.
- When VCM Editor prompts for licensing, purchase/use the required HP Tuners credits for that vehicle/controller.
- Use the write method specified in the DD84 order instructions. Do not use Write Entire unless DD84 specifically instructs you to do so.
- After the write completes, cycle the ignition as instructed, scan for DTCs, start the vehicle, and perform a verification log before hard driving.
Segment swap instructions — same OS only
HP Tuners Segment Swapper requires the same exact OS ID in both files. If the OS IDs differ, stop and contact DD84.
- Open your base file in VCM Editor.
- Open the donor file as the Compare file.
- Go to Compare → Segment Swapper.
- Select only the segment(s) specified by DD84.
- Choose Import Selected Segments.
- Close Segment Swapper and save the new file under a new filename.
- Re-open the saved file and verify the intended segments before writing.
Not included: emissions-system defeat, mechanical repairs, dyno validation, HP Tuners credits, controller unlocks or hardware unless separately purchased.
