MATCHED CALIBRATION SERVICE

A matched starting file for supported E40/E78 builds.

DD84 reviews the original calibration and controller details before delivering a base file for the approved configuration.

Controller-matched pre-built starting calibration for supported GM E40 and E78 applications.

This product is delivered only after DD84 verifies the customer's original file, controller family, operating system, engine/transmission combination and modifications.

Required after checkout

  • Year, make, model and VIN
  • Engine and transmission
  • Fuel, injectors, MAP/MAF setup and modifications
  • Original HP Tuners .hpt read
  • ECM type and OS ID
  • Current DTCs

Installation

  1. Install the current VCM Suite and connect a supported HP Tuners interface.
  2. Read and save the vehicle's original calibration before changing anything.
  3. Verify the DD84-delivered file belongs to your exact order and controller/OS.
  4. Use stable battery support, key ON / engine OFF, and minimize vehicle electrical loads.
  5. License the vehicle/controller when prompted by VCM Editor.
  6. Use only the write type specified in the DD84 delivery instructions.
  7. After flashing, follow the ignition-cycle prompt, check DTCs and perform a verification log before hard use.

Segment/OS conversions: if your combination requires operating-system or transmission strategy changes, DD84 must review the stock file first. Do not import segments from an unrelated OS.

Not included: HP Tuners credits, unlock services, specialty cables, mechanical repairs, dyno validation or emissions-system defeat.
