MATCHED CALIBRATION SERVICE

Start with the correct E38/E67 controller and OS.

Base calibration for supported Gen IV LS applications. Matched to the original read and configuration; hardware, credits and unlocks are separate.

ECM-matched starting calibration for supported GM Gen IV LS applications using E38 or E67 controllers.

DD84 matches the delivered file to the customer's original read, controller family, operating system, engine/transmission combination and listed modifications. This is not intended to be flashed into an unrelated vehicle.

Required after checkout

  • Year, make, model and VIN
  • Engine and transmission
  • Fuel type, injector data and MAP/MAF setup
  • Complete modification list
  • Original HP Tuners .hpt read
  • ECM type and OS ID
  • Current DTCs

Installation

  1. Install the current VCM Suite and connect a compatible HP Tuners interface.
  2. Read and save the original vehicle file before making changes.
  3. Confirm the DD84 file is intended for your exact order/controller/OS.
  4. Use stable battery support and key ON / engine OFF for the write.
  5. License the vehicle/controller when VCM Editor prompts for the required HP Tuners credits.
  6. Use the write method specified by DD84. Do not use Write Entire unless specifically instructed.
  7. After programming, cycle ignition as directed, scan DTCs and perform a verification datalog before hard driving.

Segment swaps: do not assume P01/P59 segment-swap procedures apply to E38/E67. If your project needs transmission/OS conversion work, DD84 will determine the correct supported method after reviewing the original files.

Not included: credits, unlocks, hardware, mechanical repair, dyno validation or emissions-system defeat.
