MATCHED CALIBRATION SERVICE

Confirm Hemi controller support before file delivery.

Base calibration for supported GPEC2, GPEC2A or NGC4A applications. Unlocks, credits and access hardware may be separate requirements.

Controller-matched starting calibration for supported Dodge / Chrysler / Ram Hemi applications using GPEC2, GPEC2A or NGC4A ECM families.

FCA controller access requirements vary by year and application. DD84 verifies controller type, unlock status, credits and any required access hardware before file delivery.

Required after checkout

  • Year, make, model and VIN
  • Engine and transmission
  • Fuel type and complete modification list
  • Original HP Tuners .hpt read when accessible
  • Controller family and OS/strategy information
  • Current DTCs
  • PCM unlock/replacement status

Installation

  1. Confirm your exact FCA controller is supported and unlocked/access-ready where required.
  2. Install the current VCM Suite and connect the correct HP Tuners interface/access hardware.
  3. Read and save the original calibration before programming.
  4. Verify the DD84 file matches your order/controller/OS.
  5. Use stable battery support and follow key ON / engine OFF instructions.
  6. License the required controller when prompted.
  7. Use only the write method specified by DD84.
  8. After the write, complete ignition cycling, scan DTCs and perform a verification datalog before hard driving.

Important: PCM unlock, credits, security-gateway/access cables and other hardware are separate if required. No emissions-system defeat is included.
